If you use the contact form, it opens your own email app. The details reach us as an email to hello@lunag.bg. The fields are: name, company, email, what you need to source, delivery destination, and target timeframe.

We also receive what you include in later email correspondence.

When you visit the site, the hosting provider may process technical request data, such as an IP address, in its logs.

We use the data to answer enquiries and to prepare offers or contracts, as steps taken at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and on the basis of our legitimate interest in business correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Vercel hosts the website. Its servers may process technical request data, such as an IP address, in logs.

Apple iCloud hosts the mailbox hello@lunag.bg.

Vercel and Apple iCloud may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, they rely on the safeguards they provide, such as EU standard contractual clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. This notice does not state which safeguard each provider uses.

Enquiry emails and later correspondence are kept for 2 years from the last contact. If a contract follows, the related documents are kept for the periods required by Bulgarian accounting and tax law.

This website sets no cookies. It does not use analytics or third-party trackers.

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability. Write to hello@lunag.bg.
